Partnership & Community Engagement (Ongoing)

  • Identify 3–5 high-fit funders (foundations, state/federal grants) aligned with IPV, healing, and Indigenous women’s leadership

  • Draft 2–3 grant narratives grounded in truth (no exaggeration of outcomes; honest about challenges and lessons learned)

  • Develop fundraising toolkit: case for support, donor prospect profiles, sustainability plan

Curriculum & Training Development

  • Co-create with staff/community: Leadership & Advocacy Training Curriculum for IPV survivors (8–10 modules)

  • Integrate trauma-informed peer counseling principles, Indigenous cultural frameworks, and values of honest storytelling, responsible leadership, and humility
