RM Hattermann’s Absolute Solutions, LLC is a San Antonio social enterprise specializing in comprehensive reentry solutions. Our work encompasses both nonprofit consulting and direct advocacy for post-incarcerated individuals and their families. Through facilitation and navigation coaching, we provide the essential support systems that extend far beyond traditional job training, ensuring a more effective and empowered transition home.

Our mission is rooted in lived experience. Having navigated the complexities of the federal prison system firsthand, we at RM Hattermann understand the profound sense of being lost within a rigid, often confusing bureaucracy. We know that the difference between a successful reentry into society and a frustrating one often comes down to having a roadmap. At RM Hattermann, we provide the clarity, process literacy, and administrative support that many wish had been available to them—turning the 'unknown' into a manageable, structured path toward stability.
